This book tells stories of the bravery and courage of those unknown heroes of our freedom struggle whose contribution was as significant as of the known leaders. They were the ordinary people for whom no bells tolled, no paeans were sung and no histories written. The authors selected such heroes from different periods, added frills of fiction and attempted to weave a complete picture of the freedom movement.
The authors, connected with the Association of Writers and Illustrators for Children, have been actively involved in writing for children.
