World Book Day 2018: A discussion on the theme 'Book culture and reading habit' was organised at the Book Gallery of Publications Division in Soochna Bhawan, New Delhi. Eminent writers Ms Nasira Sharma and Ms Ritarani Paliwal presented their views on the topic and discussed the issues of publishing.
