Refund Policy (Online Payments)
- In case of non-confirmation of payment success, the user should connect with SBI ePay for initiating the refund process, if not automatically initiated.
- In case of unsuccessful transaction (i.e. user account debited but amount not credited to Publications Division), SBI e-Pay shall initiate the refund process automatically on T+3 to T+5 days (here ‘T’ is date of transaction and the ‘days’ are working days). However, the time taken for credit depends on bank and varies from bank to bank and Publications Division has no control over it. Hence, one may contact the respective bank for such transactions.
- If Payment Gateway Service Provider or Bank imposes any taxes or charges anything over and above fees/taxes, the same shall be borne by the user, the Publications Division shall be indemnified from any such claims.
- The user agrees to indemnify and hold Publications Division harmless against all claims, losses, damages and actions that the users may initiate in relation to the online payment gateway. Neither Publications Division nor any of its employees or offices shall be liable for any such loss or damage that may be suffered by the user as a result of such usage.
- All payments will be processed on the information that you provide. Publications Division will not accept liability if you make a mistake while completing a form or for any other reason. You will be given an opportunity to review the data that you have entered before submitting it for processing.
- In case of double payment, users can approach Publications Division through email (businesswng@gmail.com) to avail services in lieu of extra payment made (Purchase other books/Subscribe for Magazine/Employment News /Home Library Scheme).
