Written in the form of a biography of Mr. Prakasam, this book is a political history of Andhra Pradesh in particular and Madras province in general for three decades from the 20s to the 50s of the last century. Mr. Prakasam was one of the great freedom fighters of the country who played a leading role in every program Gandhiji since 1920. Shri Prakasam made unprecedented contributions in subjects and areas ranging from the all-round development of villages to the formation of Adhi Pradesh. Dr. T. Surya Narayana Rao has been the founder and vice-chairman of "The Prakasam Institute of Development Studies" and vice-chairman of the Potti Sriramulu Memorial Committee (1983), Hyderabad. Dr. Rao received his Ph. D. degree in "EconomicThinking of T. Prakasam" Management.
